In no event shall Saatart be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability, for any claim related to these terms or the services, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
The designs, plans, and technical information provided by the user remain their property. Saatart will not use them for any purpose other than providing the contracted service.
The methods, processes, and know-how developed by Saatart to perform the services are and will remain the intellectual property of Saatart.
Saatart reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will be effective upon their publication on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The user may stop using our services at any time. Saatart may suspend or terminate access for a user who violates these terms, without prior notice and without any liability.
Termination of an ongoing service will be governed by the terms of the specific contract. In general, work performed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
